PawRuff products, including the PawRuff Herding Ball, should be used responsibly and in accordance with any instructions supplied with the product.
Dogs should be appropriately supervised during play. No dog toy is indestructible. Regularly inspect the product and discontinue use if it becomes damaged in a way that could present a risk to your dog.
Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide, including your delivery address and contact details, is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability or errors affecting an order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
Delivery
